Welcome to spa19. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and spa19 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://spa19.cam and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. spa19 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. Individuals under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you have independently verified the legality of participating in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by spa19 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are not currently subject to a Self-Exclusion order on the Platform.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in relation to your Account or wagers placed through it.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of spa19 or its affiliated entities.

spa19 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by spa19 may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to promptly update this information if it changes.

KYC Documentation Requirements:

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point at spa19's discretion, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the previous 90 days, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the e-wallet (e.g., Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) or bank account (e.g., Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: In circumstances where transaction patterns warrant it, spa19 may request documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of deposited funds.

Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in Account closure. spa19 processes KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed using your login — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. spa19 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, USDT). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. spa19 will not accept deposits from payment methods that have been flagged for suspicious activity or that do not match the identity information on your Account.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, FPX) are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal may be processed.
• Withdrawals are subject to daily and weekly limits as displayed within your Account settings.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal and may be required again for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• spa19 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk or compliance thresholds.

The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Deposit amounts in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. spa19 does not charge currency conversion fees directly, though your payment provider may apply their own rates.

If an Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, spa19 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee against the Account balance. Players will be notified prior to the application of any such fee.

spa19 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out herein.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated at the point of offer. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means the Player must place a total of MYR 3,500 in eligible bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slot games may contribute at different rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount while bonus funds are in play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds and real-money balance may be utilised in the order specified by the Platform at the time of wagering.

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless expressly stated.
• spa19 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses claimed in breach of these Terms will be voided, and any winnings derived from such bonuses will be forfeited.
• If spa19 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — spa19 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, withhold related winnings, and close the Account.

All games and betting markets on the spa19 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type. Players are responsible for understanding these rules before placing any wager. General principles that apply across all game types include the following:

• Finality of Results: Once a bet has been confirmed and a game round has commenced, the outcome is final. spa19 does not reverse legitimate game results.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a demonstrable technical malfunction that materially affects a game outcome, spa19 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to Players. Wins resulting from a manifest technical error are not valid and will not be paid.
• Disconnection Policy: spa19 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection or interruption of internet service on the Player's side. Where technically feasible, the Platform will allow continuation of a game session upon reconnection.
• Suspicious Patterns: spa19 uses automated systems to detect unusual wagering patterns. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with cheating, use of automated betting systems, or collusion may be suspended pending investigation.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and international markets, are subject to spa19's sportsbook rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, and in-play betting procedures.
• Mix Parlay: Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be settled as winners for the parlay to pay out. Individual match void conditions are applied per spa19's sportsbook settlement rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spa19 Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to spa19 immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in any game or bet to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misusing promotions through matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds for wagering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing spa19 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Violating any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform.

spa19 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, regulatory non-compliance, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

During a suspension, the Account balance is held securely and will be released following the conclusion of any investigation, provided no breach is confirmed. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting spa19 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding bonus funds and associated pending wagers) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and fulfilment of any outstanding wagering requirements.

Players who wish to close their Account for responsible gambling reasons may request self-exclusion, which takes precedence over standard account closure procedures. See Section 12 for details.

All content on the spa19 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of spa19 or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software on the Platform.
• Use spa19's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spa19 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses from gambling outcomes, technical failures, or service interruptions.

spa19's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

spa19 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits spa19's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

spa19 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a coping mechanism, or a source of stress. We provide the following responsible gambling tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session expiry after a set duration of gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for periods ranging from 7 days to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying your session duration and net wager amount.

All personal and financial data transmitted through the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. spa19 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with licensed KYC providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies may occur as required to fulfil our legal obligations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which spa19 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms — including questions as to their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction.

spa19 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via in-platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
